OBJECT Visualisation, ball pit (2021)
Part of the work I have created has involved making CGI for bespoke products, allowing sketch concepts to 'come to life' prior to their manufacture. The benefit of this method is that it allows the client to view the final product and make necessary changes before any materials have been used.

XL Commercial Ball Pit - Created to promote 0% Plastic Ideology (SketchUp, Twinmotion)

The entire concept is plastic free. The pit is filled with 1000's of recycled cork balls, as an eco-friendly alternative. The frame is fabricated from plywood boards which are reinforced internally with stainless steel corner braces, with a central focal point made from reclaimed wire mesh.

Visualising the products virtually also allows different colour variants to be shown to the client, allowing them to decide on their prefered finishing before it is manufactured.

Variant Colour waves offered, prior to 3D printing. Created in Sketch-Up and refined in Twinmotion.

Concept Production, uNDERGRADUATE WORK (2020)

Some projects have involved more background research, particularly those with a greater emphasis on technological development. This technology concept is for an Interactive 3D Projection Unit - showing the initial sketches through to the final product before manufacture.

COMPANY BRANDING, INDEPENDENT ADVISORS (2019)
Beyond this, I have also completed some private branding work on a freelance basis - such as this branding concept for a Dorset-based consultancy which offers specialist advice to primary schools in teaching Maths:

Other branding work includes this post-pandemic recovery concept produced for a private meeting with Dorset Council's head of Covid-recovery:

As you can see from all of these concepts: I believe that
form, simplicity and colour co-ordination
are the key foundations to a design that works. Both the user, and for ease of end-product production.
